Disciplinary Process

Document performance issues and detrimental behaviours. It uses the same conversational techniques as providing feedback.
Create a structure for speaking with an employee about a behaviour that isn't in alignment with your company values.
Show your desire to resolve the problem and give the employee an opportunity to make amends.
Clarify the issue and address how you, as an owner or manager, could have helped prevent the issue from happening.
